We use information to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve Foresight; to respond to requests; to administer accounts and workspaces; to process billing; and to communicate about the service.
Workspace content
Workspace content may include safety models, hazards, controls, evidence, diagrams, reports, files, comments, and related analysis data. We process this content to deliver the service and according to the permissions and agreements that apply to the workspace.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate Foresight, with workspace members according to their permissions, when required by law, or as needed to protect the service and our users.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so customers should also use strong access controls and review workspace membership regularly.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and audit records.
